Adeniyi Johnson, a notable Nollywood actor, has made an appeal to the Nigerian police, urging them to balance justice with mercy in the case of skitmaker Trinity Guy, who is currently detained in Ibadan. Trinity Guy’s detention is a result of a disturbing prank he performed, involving the sexualization of a minor.
On his Instagram page, Adeniyi Johnson humbly requested the Nigerian police to consider leniency in their approach to the situation. While acknowledging the wrongdoing and absurdity of Trinity’s actions, he emphasized that the skitmaker’s intentions were driven by the need to provide for himself.
Adeniyi admitted that Trinity’s misguided choices were made out of desperation to sustain himself. In his plea, he urged the Nigerian police to take into account the circumstances that led Trinity to his actions.
