Iyabo Ojo, a well-known actress in the Nigerian film industry, who has been vocal in her support for Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, has shared her thoughts on her colleague Toyin Abraham attending a lavish dinner party held in honor of Bola Tinubu, the upcoming president of Nigeria.
During the previous presidential election, Iyabo Ojo publicly endorsed Peter Gregory Obi as her preferred candidate, which resulted in significant criticism from social media users and some of her fellow actors in the Yoruba movie industry for not supporting Tinubu, who was the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a recent update, Toyin Abraham, a staunch supporter of Tinubu, posted a photo of herself attending the grand dinner party organized to celebrate Tinubu’s forthcoming presidential inauguration. Along with the photo, she shared a funny video and added the caption, “#preinaguarationdinner with the outgoing President.”
In response to Toyin’s post, Iyabo Ojo took to the comment section and wrote, “😂😂🤣😅 2nd slide… that’s a country with no joy.”
