Afeez Owo provides comforting words to console his wife as she breaks down in tears, assuring her that her efforts will not be in vain.

Mide Martins is currently facing a challenging phase in her career, as she has encountered a significant setback in the film industry.

Despite the anticipation and excitement surrounding the release of her film “Onitemi Part 2,” the actress finds herself deeply unhappy due to the removal of certain sections from the movie.

The negative feedback prompted her to take down the film, resulting in substantial financial losses for both herself and the film’s producers.

In her distress, Mide Martins pleaded with the public to re-watch her film and show her love. Her husband provided support and comfort during this difficult time.

Through tears, she expressed her dissatisfaction with the edited sections that were removed, which is why the video had to be pulled off.

In her emotional message, she shared:

“Hello everyone,
I apologize for doing this, but I can’t hide how I truly feel.
I’m not fine, and I don’t know how to pretend otherwise.
I know people will wonder what happened since my movie was uploaded on YouTube, and I should be happy. But the truth is, I’m not happy because what was included in the movie has left me feeling sad. The movie is incomplete, and for me, it means that my efforts have gone to waste because certain scenes were removed due to various reasons, which isn’t right.

Movie-making is not solely about making money; it’s about conveying a message to people. So, I don’t approve of it, and I asked for the movie to be taken down because I want it to be re-uploaded.”

She captioned the video with:

“Who are we to question the will of God almighty? Everything in life happens for a particular reason!! My latest film, ‘Onitemi Part 2,’ was uploaded this morning, but due to some reasons, it had to be pulled down and re-uploaded. This means I’ve incurred significant losses with the movie, but it’s okay. What is worth doing is worth doing well. I extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been incredibly supportive of this project. You guys are the best!”
