“Nollywood Mourns the Loss of Prince Adewale Adeyemo, Known as Baba Igbomina, as Heartbreaking Video Reveals His Plea for Help Before His Demise”
The Nigerian entertainment industry is currently in a state of mourning following the untimely passing of Prince Adewale Adeyemo, widely known as Baba Igbomina.
It is crucial to remember that the late actor had reached out for assistance approximately a year ago, sharing the gradual deterioration of his health. He openly expressed his struggles after being discharged from the hospital in December 2020, following a three-month stay. Adewale Adeyemo had been battling lung, liver, and kidney problems.
Fortunately, compassionate individuals abroad, acting as “good Samaritans,” generously donated funds for his surgery. Thanks to their support, the actor received treatment at the Private Godpromise Hospital in Oluke Odo Aremu Bus Stop, Ijoko, Ogun State, and eventually regained his health enough to be discharged.
However, reports indicate that since his discharge, the actor’s living conditions have significantly worsened.
In a conversation with Newman, Gbolahan Adetayo, the actor detailed his current situation. He pleaded, “I am gradually dying. Nigerians, please come to my rescue. Anything you can do to help me raise funds, please do it. I am dying. I would like to take this opportunity to appeal to Nigerians to assist me. I need money for medication and food after surviving this illness. I need financial assistance, and any donations can be sent directly to my bank account.”
