Fans of popular actress Biodun Okeowo voiced their criticism towards her after she shared a post on Instagram a few days following the untimely passing of her colleague, Murphy Afolabi.
Many fans accused her of being insensitive, claiming that she had seemingly forgotten about Afolabi too quickly.
One fan wrote, “You seem to have forgotten about Murphy so quickly and are now posting irrelevant things. Look at Bukky Wright, she has achieved more than you. Soon, you will also become irrelevant and nobody will be interested in you anymore. LOL.”
Okeowo has since responded to the backlash, stating, “Please help me give him a piece of advice. So, after a few days, I should stop promoting brands that have paid me? That won’t happen!”
“Interestingly, I have marked some of them and I have restricted their access. It’s a pity they are not aware of being restricted!”
