Adebayo disclosed that Murphy had contacted him to collect clothing from a recent birthday photoshoot. Surprisingly, Murphy had sent money for their usual Sunday contribution earlier than usual, expressing uncertainty about the future and emphasizing the unpredictability of life.
Reflecting on their last conversation, Adebayo revealed that they spoke at 9:30 AM, shortly before Murphy’s sudden fall at 10 AM. Despite rushing him to the hospital, Murphy passed away before they arrived.
Adebayo expressed his deep sorrow, describing Murphy as someone who didn’t take life seriously. He fondly recalled their shared experiences, from shooting Murphy’s first movie to Murphy being the one who discovered Adebayo’s acting skills. They had a history of working together, resolving conflicts, and understanding each other intimately.
