Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo Fespris has joined her fellow colleagues in grieving the untimely demise of actor Murphy Afolabi, who reportedly passed away yesterday.

The sudden death of actor Murphy Afolabi has left many in shock, especially considering that he had recently celebrated his 49th birthday on May 5th. Reports from Seun Oloketuyi suggest that the actor tragically lost his life due to a slip on bathroom tiles.
Numerous Nollywood artists, including Adeniyi Johnson, Papa Show, Biola Bayo, Damola Olatunjji, Sam Olatunji, Yinka Solomon, Mercy Aigbe, Kemi Korede, and many others, have taken to social media to mourn the loss of their colleague.
Sharing her heartfelt lament on Instagram, Iyabo Ojo expressed how the news of death steals one’s joy and can be incredibly heart-wrenching. She mourned the untimely passing of her colleague, emphasizing how he left this world far too soon.
“Hmmmmmmmmmm, this news of death knows how to extinguish one’s joy. It can give you a straight heart attack if you don’t have a shock absorber… Gone too soon, Murphy Afolabi, rest in peace 🤍🕊️… I feel somehow writing ‘gone too soon’ or ‘rest in peace’ even,” wrote Iyabo Ojo on Instagram.
