Nigerian singer Davido responds to Sophia Momodu’s accusations of financial abuse.
Reports have emerged that Davido, the renowned Nigerian singer, has seemingly reacted to the recent rants made by his baby mama, Sophia Momodu, regarding alleged financial abuse.
Earlier, Naijalegit reported on Sophia Momodu’s outburst about the financial mistreatment of women. As the mother of his child, she expressed her disdain for a man using financial coercion to manipulate and control a woman, deeming it one of the most repulsive acts.
Through a series of tweets on her Twitter page, Sophia Momodu lamented the lack of protective laws for women and children within the Nigerian system. She questioned why a man would burden a woman with his responsibilities solely because she chose to move on and forge ahead in life.

In response to the situation, Davido took to his own Twitter page and shared a screenshot of himself performing his signature “unavailable” dance. He accompanied the image with a statement indicating that he has no time for unnecessary drama, using the Nigerian slang “wahala” to refer to trouble or complications.
