“Magic is just deception; it’s made to confuse and amuse the audience,” Nwoko, Ned

Prince Ned Nwoko, a multibillionaire businessman, politician, and senator, recently shared his opinion on magic performances, claiming that it is dishonest and intended to deceive and amuse the audience.

The politician, who is also the husband of Regina Daniels, a well-known Nollywood actress and successful entrepreneur, announced this on his social media pages by posting a video showing how a magic trick is performed to fool the audience and lead them to believe in a false reality.

The video revealed how the audience is misled into thinking that the magician is genuinely walking on water by using an industrial grade clear plexiglas that has been submerged in water and photographed from the proper angles to make it appear invisible.

However, Ned Nwoko wrote the following in response to the video:

“Magic is merely trickery. Its purpose is to delight and confound the audience. The adage “the more you look, the less you see”
